Partindo do conceito de "Banda-de-um-só-homem", o Nuer se tornou em 2006 uma banda de verdade. Influenciado pela proposta de bandas como Superchunk, All, Braid e At the Drive-In, entre outros, o quarteto campineiro busca uma sonoridade calcada em melodias sobrepostas e pitadas de experimentalismo. Tendo registrado, ao longo de 2007, onze canções em estúdio, a banda prepara para breve o lançamento de seu primeiro EP, de forma independente.
From the concept of an "one-man-band", in 2006 Nuer became a real group. Influenced by the acts of Superchunk, All, Braid and At The Drive-In, among others, this brazillian four-piece from Campinas molds its sound with melodies and a bit of experimentalism. In the year 2007, the band entered the studio and recorded eleven songs, and is currently working on the release of its first Ep.
